I've never been good at waiting.
I'm Sandra Weise — entrepreneur, speaker, life coach, and someone who has spent twenty years sitting across from people in the moments that matter most. The moments where they realize the life they built isn't the life they want. The moments where they decide to do something about it.
I'm based in St. Paul, Minnesota. I own a restaurant, a crystal shop, a meditation space, a podcast, and a product company. But what I really do is ask questions — the ones most people avoid — and help people build the courage to answer them honestly.

Built through fire — literally and figuratively.
Two decades of coaching
Trained under Iyanla Vanzant on the Oprah Winfrey Network. Over twenty years of sitting with people in their most transformative moments — not fixing them, but asking the questions that help them find their own answers.
Finnish Bistro
Built a community institution in St. Paul. A restaurant that isn't just about food — it's about people. Sandra leads with connection first — she knows every person on her team and makes time for each of them. That's not a management technique. That's just who she is.
Legislative advocacy
Championed legislation in Minnesota to protect survivors. Years of advocacy that could have broken anyone. Instead, it became fuel for something bigger.
Cancer and comeback
Faced cancer. Beat it. Came back with a deeper understanding that time is the only resource that doesn't replenish — and a refusal to waste any of it.
What's next
A Better Question — the podcast. The Happy Class — the product. Resonance Den — the space. Everything Sandra has learned in twenty years of coaching, building, surviving, and transforming is now becoming something bigger than herself.
